Subject: DC World War I Memorial Year: 0 Sculptor: Unknown Location: Potomac Park ( Independence Avenue & Ohio Drive ) This is one of the rare memorials to DC residents. It honors those who served in "the war to end all wars" -- World War I. It is a small marble bandshell, often overlooked by visitors to Potomac Park.
