Roosevelt was the 26th President of the United States. He appears in a bas-relief on the wall of Kossuth House, honored for having signed the legislation that chartered the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America in 1907. Quoted on the bas-relief is his statement: "Only he can become a good citizen who remains true to the heritage of his native land."
