Who Is That Man, Anyway?
Subject: Civil War Sailors
Sculptor: Franklin Simmons
Location: Capitol Hill
( Pennsylvania Ave. & 1st )
Also known as the Navy Memorial or the Peace Monument, the design was based on a sketch by Admiral David D. Porter.
